This story was one that many couples will relate to. A year of wedding planning, excitement, long hours of choosing vendors, colours, flowers and everything in between. Your guests are thrilled to celebrate your wedding with you. You can't wait! And then Covid-19 comes along. Just like many couples, Vanessa and Arjang had to make the tough decision to postpone their wedding so they could host their celebration with the people they loved. Nonetheless, bright spirits are hard to break. They took the chance to still celebrate their relationship in a less traditional way with this modern elopement photoshoot. We took it to the charming streets of Toronto for a session full of style and sophistication, planned so beautifully by Lovelee Celebrations.
With careful styling and attire choices we merged modernity into the classical architecture at Hart House in Toronto which let us infuse an elegant yet fresh perspective to the images. The bride wore a sleek gown by Alyssa Kristin Bridal paired with romantic puff sleeves by Tara Lauren. We also added personal touches like a delicate hand written love letter on vellum, a custom invitation suite with hand-torn paper including a sketch of the venue, wax seals, as well as classic white blooms for the bouquet. There is so much we love about this modern city elopement in Toronto, and hope you enjoy this glimpse into their gorgeous gallery!
